Yesssss! Get in! We’ve just won another award.
Not an Oscar or an Emmy or a Bafta for pretending to be someone we’re not, but a Feefo* Gold Trusted Service Award for being exactly who we are – a self storage company in London obsessed with providing the best customer service we possibly can.
(*FYI Feefo is a totally independent organisation that collates genuine reviews on behalf of over 4,000 businesses including Expedia, the BBC and the Guardian).
We first won the Gold Trusted Service Award in 2016, and winning the trophy again in 2018 shows that our customers still seem to think we’re doing something right. Thank you one and all for your kind words!
Attic Self Storage met the criteria of collecting at least 50 customer reviews between the start of January 2017 and the end of December 2017, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5: 5 stars being the maximum anyone can award a company.
Trusted Service is awarded only to those businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine ratings and reviews. All reviews are independently verified as being really real – handwritten by humans not robots – so the accreditation is a true reflection of our commitment to outstanding service.
Feefo ensures that all feedback is authentic, by matching it to a legitimate transaction; this is designed to increase consumer confidence, and combat the rising tide of fake ratings and made-up reviews.
Companies have to reach a pretty high standard to receive this trophy. It’s an independent seal of excellence that ‘recognizes businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers’. We can’t emphasize enough that the accreditation remains unique, as it is based purely on interactions with verified customers. People just like you.
Frederic de Ryckman de Betz, CEO at Attic Self Storage, didn’t break down and weep as he received this latest accolade, but he did say the following: “It’s a real honour to receive this award again.
